Automatic notifications of maintenance due
Email notifications are sent when any machine is due for scheduled maintenance. A maintenance work order is created so that labor can be scheduled and parts required can be purchased if not available in inventory. These notifications and work orders can also be created for non-planned or on-demand maintenance.
Integrated with Production Scheduling
The Plant Maintenance module is integrated with Production Scheduling so that time can be reserved on the schedule for scheduled maintenance activities or, if need be, resource load reallocated.
Track maintenance costs
The cost for all materials and labor needed to maintain equipment is recorded so you can see your total cost of ownership (TCO) for each piece of equipment. Any work orders created for maintenance work can be stored with the asset as a document attachment so you can easily see all work that’s been performed.
